About

In 2010 Ruairi qualified as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor. After a few years working part time in the fitness industry he moved to study at undergraduate degree level.

In 2016 he graduated from Teeside University with a 1st Class Hons in Sports Therapy.

Ruairi opened his own private practice in 2017. Ruairi Lynch – Injury Clinic.

 

Experience

For 10 years now he has worked extensively within the sporting world. He has had 4 seasons with Institute F.C where managed and directed all injury and rehabilitation work with the first team and reserves.

He worked with the Northern Ireland schoolboys football teams for 18 months. Travelling to Stockholm, Sardinia, Madrid, Celtic, Brighton and Leeds.

In 2018 led all injury and rehabilitation work for the Northern Ireland Amateur International Squad at two European Qualifying Tournaments.

He has also worked with a number of different Gaelic teams – Strabane Sigersons GAC, Glack GAC & Naomh Colmcille GAC.
