Poor glute function is a common issue

This program targets every single person on this planet. I’ve been working in this industry for close to 10 years and have seen 10,000’s of clients from high level athletes to people who sit at a desk for the majority of the day to work.

One thing 99.9% of people have in common is that they have poor glute function. Here is my understanding as to why:

1. The human body is designed to stand up.

To try and put this into context, here is the explanation that I often give to my clients. A car is designed to drive on a road. Start driving it on the beach or into water then you will have some issues.

It is the same with the human body – if we spend too much time out of the standing position e.g. sitting down, driving cars and watching Netflix then the body will start to suffer.

2. Glute muscles lengthen in seated positions​

n a seated position (which we are all in far too much of the time now) the glute muscles become lengthened. When muscles are in the lengthened position too often they become weak. As they struggle to shorten (contract) efficiently.

When the glutes don’t contract well the body will compensate elsewhere. In this program I try to sort out this problem.
