This programme has 3 sections:

Soft Tissue Release
In this section we target releasing and taking tension out of areas around the knee that are common places for the body to compensate with knee pain.

Isolated Muscle Activation
The focus in this section is to lightly activate muscles around the knee that are known to be weak. The 4 that I have included are the most common contributors to knee pain that I see and test in my clinic every day.

Functional Movements
This part of the program is designed to enhance how the muscles are co-contracting. These are perfect progressions from the isolated muscle work.

Programme Structure
It is very important to stress that often we give exercises that are too much too soon and often lead to less successful results. I try to bridge that gap in this program with simple but very effective light exercises before moving onto more advanced progressions.
